CMG IDOL

CMG Idol is finally here! CMG is aiming to create a different karaoke competition, and here it is, the CMG Idol Auditions and Finale!

We are excited to making advancements with some of our major sponsors, such as K box, Golden Prawn, New Careers, WTF, Dash Productions, DMA, UMSU, and ISHKA. Together, we hope to give contestants and spectators a new experience, and the most important, to find the first CMG Idol!

Auditions

Date: 27th March, Saturday
Time: Sign up for time slots (1PM ~ 4PM)
Venue: Golden Prawn Restaurant, 106 Lygon St, Carlton VIC 3053

Fee: $2 for Members, $3 for Non-Members


Finale

Date: 3rd Paril, Saturday
Time: 11:30 AM ~ 7:00PM
Venue: K Box, 52 La Trobe Street, Melbourne VIC 3000

Ticket Price (Member / Non-Member / Walk-in)
Lounge: $8/$10/$12
Rooms: $22/$25/$27

*Lounge: Spectator entering at 1:30 PM
**Room: Free-Lunch Buffet + 7 Hours of Karaoke
*** Contestants: $10

The finale will consist of two rounds:
i. 1st Round - 20 contestants singing 1 song of their choice;
ii 2nd Round - 5 contestants singing a second song of their soice.


Fabulous Prizes:

Winner - $150 Cash by Golden Prawn, VII Yearly Free Entry VIP Card by WTF x Dash Productions; $50 Billabong Voucher; 2 Free Hoyts Movie Tickets by DMA;

1st Runner Up - $100 Cash; $20 Golden Prawn Dining Voucher, 1 Free Hoyts Movie Tickets by DMA;

2nd Runner Up - $50 Cash; $20 Golden Prawn Dining Voucher.

If you think you are the next CMG Idol, then come to our table to register for the audition. Bring your friends to support you, be either booking a room or joining the lounge. Our tables will be available in the Union House in week 2 onwards, from 12 PM to 2 PM. Please come for registration of Auditions, Room Booking or Ticket Puchases.
